Thank you for choosing Xcel Paint Protection Film (PPF) for your automobile. Xcel and your authorized installing dealer (“Seller”) are proud to offer the Customer (“Buyer”) a limited warranty covering protection against cracking and yellowing (“warranty”). This warranty is valid only if the installation is performed following Xcel’s recommended procedures. It is non-transferable and limited to the replacement of defective products.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Installed product must be left to cure for a period not less than 48 hours prior to being subjected to washing or other similar treatment so as to enable the pressure sensitive adhesive to cure completely and for any application moisture to evaporate completely.
After 48 hours’ period has elapsed, simply follow the care instructions mentioned below:
• Clean the product installed surface regularly including the edges of product where dirt can build up using a clean microfiber towel, on a regular basis.
• Remove any smashed bugs or tree sap or other materials from product as soon as possible to prevent corrosive effects.
• Avoid use of high pressure water source near the edges of product to avoid peeling.
• Avoid use of abrasive like powder and clay-type cleaners, degreasers, rough sponges and paper towels.
• Avoid use of Solvent based cleaners, bug removers, rubbing compound or any abrasive materials.
• Avoid lot of pressure on the product when cleaning.
• Use of sealant application once in every four months after car wash is recommended.
COVERAGE LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not cover and GPL/Seller hereby disclaims all liabilities for any loss, damage, expense or cost, resulting to product from any one or more of the following:
• By accident, misuse and unapproved application.
• As a result of poor installation quality.
• General wear and tear.
• By heavy impact from external source.
• Cleaning abuse and improper maintenance or failure to follow care instructions.
• Damage from strong solvents or manually peeling up product or manually scratching of the product.
• Coated surfaces like ceramic, teflon, wax etc.
• Product applied on repainted vehicles.
• Installation carried out by other than authorized installers.
• The degradation of materials with time due to climate conditions is a natural and unavoidable phenomenon. A slight and progressive change of the transparency and brightness, as well as a slight peeling off at the edges and around the rivets are normal phenomenon which do not fall within the scope of this warranty.

COVERAGE LIMITATIONS
Pursuant to the coverage term applicable to the product purchased, Xcel and the Seller agree to replace the product in the event the Buyer experiences defects limited to cracking and yellowing.
This warranty is valid only if the product is installed by a certified or authorized professional installer, following Xcel’s installation instructions, on the painted surface of vehicles manufactured by the Original Equipment Manufacturer.
The warranty is extended solely to the Buyer and becomes effective from the date of purchase as mentioned on the invoice. It is expressly declared that this warranty is non-transferable. The warranty claim is limited to product replacement, and Xcel/Seller bears no responsibility for labor charges related to the installation of the replaced product.
Before installing the product, please check your state and local laws, as regulations for aftermarket accessories may vary. Xcel/Seller holds no liability for any breach of State or Federal Laws.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly limited to the duration of this warranty. Certain States and Provinces may provide for implied warranties, in which case this warranty is subject to such limitations.
This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, agreements, or obligations of Xcel/Seller concerning product replacement. Product replacement is the sole remedy offered under this warranty. Under no circumstances shall Xcel/Seller be liable—whether in contract or tort—for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or direct damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the product. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
The liability of Xcel/Seller is strictly confined to the terms stated in this warranty. No individual, distributor, agent, dealer, or professional installer is authorized to modify, extend, or alter the terms of this limited warranty or create any obligations on behalf of Xcel.
This warranty grants specific legal rights, which may vary by State or Province. It shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. The Buyer waives any rights to personal jurisdiction, and any disputes arising from this warranty shall be exclusively settled in the courts of Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India.
